All content, design, graphics, and code within ShelfSmart are the property of the app's developers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The ShelfSmart name, logo, and branding are trademarks of the developer.
ShelfSmart is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the applicable store's terms, the store's terms shall take precedence with respect to distribution and download.
We may update the app or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the app at any time without notice. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
